Company

 Ciprian is a graduate of the Engineering Faculty of Sibiu. He was awarded a Masters degree in Computer Science and is working on his doctoral thesis in the field of group decision support systems. In 1999, he became technical manager of AIRG (Artificial Intelligence Research Group that was to become Ropardo).

He has been a shares partner and Managing Partner of Ropardo SRL since 2000.

He is focusing on developing Ropardo SRL as a competitive and innovative software company.

Marius has worked for the company for 9 years and he is responsible for almost all technologies used in Ropardo SRL development projects, starting with C++ through Power Builder, Visual Basic, C# and Java. He has settled on Java for a few years.

He is a Distinguished Engineer at Ropardo SRL working in partnership with our clients in order to overcome their business challenges by applying different technologies. In addition to this core role, he is involved in the management process and acts as technical adviser for various projects.

Marius is a graduate of the Engineering Faculty of Sibiu and was also awarded a master degree in Computer Science.

Claudiu is currently Manager of Technology Competence Center, managing and developing services activities of Ropardo SRL. His portfolio includes IT Services (Linux administration and support), software development (Java, MS.NET, and PHP) and software testing.

He has worked for Ropardo SRL for 9 years, starting as a programmer, evolving to IT consultant and then to management position. Claudiu has worked on various platforms and technologies such as: PoweBuilder, Visual Basic, Lotus Notes/Domino and C#(.NET).

Claudiu is a graduate of the Engineering Faculty of Sibiu and was also awarded a master degree in Computer Science.

Gabriela is currently Manager of HR/Administration/Organization Departments being responsible for one of most important asset of Ropardo SRL - its employees. Since June 2008 she has taken over management responsibilities for R&D (Engineering and Research) where she is coordinating activities related to the national and EU research projects and the  development business unit.

She has been a member of the Ropardo SRL team for 6 years and she has been involved in web design and web applications development.

Gabriela is a graduate of the Mathematic Faculty of Sibiu,  and she was awarded master degrees in Computer Science and Quality Management.

Marian is a graduate of the Journalism Faculty in Sibiu. He owns a Master degree in Communication and Advertising and he is a certified trainer. By the beginning of 2007, Marian has started working in the Consultancy field being involved in attracting new clients from different industries: production, commerce, IT, construction, etc. Starting with 2009, Marian became part of the business development team at ROPARDO SRL.
