Processes

Ropardo S.R.L. processes are project oriented. We are using different approaches for each project that we develop for our customers.

Keep IT simple - means that we are always looking for the best process to sustain a successful project. To this end, our team naturally incorporates agile methods (RUP, eXtreme Programming and Scrum) in our working processes.

Ropardo S.R.L. successfully used Prince2 methodology for large implementation and development projects combined with RUP methodologies to gain fine control on particular activities such as business modeling, design, and architecture.

One important aspect of our processes is that all phases are supported by IT infrastructure, meaning we are in control of the process

Our project managers are specialists  that have conducted  more than 15 projects conducted and they are in position to create realistic plans for software development (estimation of effort and time), and to execute the plan with right output in terms for productivity and quality.

Ropardo S.R.L. is aware of the importance of having a special working protocol and a suitable communication methodology in order to succeed in:

  • prompt communication in order to minimize communication gaps
  • significant communication - understanding the most important necessities of the customer and searching for an effective time solution
  • active communication which requires considering some demands as:
    • regular updates of the product and information of the customer upon the status of the project
    • establishment of a communication instrument in order to document and follow up the problems appeared on both sides and solve them in time
    • determination of possible ways for quality and efficiency improvement, facility in product's utilization
