For research department (led by Drd. Ing. Ciprian Candea) of Ropardo SRL has become a habit to engage in research projects with European co-financing.
The newest project from portfolio is called VFF (Virtual Factory Framework - holistic, extensible, scalable and standard Virtual Factory Framework) and has started on September 1, 2009. Beside the membership of Steering Committee that our company earned through years, Ropardo SRL is also the leader for Functional Modules Work-package.
The main objective of VFF project is to develop a platform for the virtual factory and the associated tools for fast, reliable and optimized design knowledge-based production systems.
In project consortium are 9 small and medium companies, 7 research institutes, 4 universities, and 9 industrial companies from: Italy, Germany, Greece, Romania, United Kingdom, France, Slovakia, Switzerland, Portugal and Spain.
Based on Ropardo expertise in software development for production industry our main contribution in this project will be materialized through software development activities, dissemination of information, testing and validation the new software.
File Tracking is dedicated client for document and file management that offer:
- document management / file management - versions- user security - file encryption - email notification - check in / out
and use for tracking and tracing unique notation for files (ID@URI notation) provided by Traser server.

Between 27 July-2 August 2009 was held at Saliste (Sibiu county) the national camp / competition of AERO-RACHETOMODELE.
At this camp was attended by students and teachers from several counties from circles and aero rachetomodele.
ROPARDO SRL sustain this old event(over 20 years) and sustain the participation of the team from Sibiu to the European Indoor Airplane, F1D which will take place in Belgrade, Serbia, in the period 9-14 August 2009.
continuing the tradition, the company ROPARDO S.R.L. Sibiu sustained as sponsor of the XVI edition of the "Infoliceanul" organized by Grupul Scolar Avram Iancu Sibiu on 22 and 23 May 2009.
The competition took place over two days and has addressed high school students of classes IX-XII school regardless of the profile.
For the 4 sections awards: educational software programs (in Visual Basic, Delphi, C + +, C #, Visual C, AEL, CBuilder, Visual FoxPro, Access), educational web pages, PowerPoint presentations with the theme: "A clean environment a healthy life!", and making drawings in Autocad 2002, have competed for students from 73 high schools in Sibiu.
Ropardo S.R.L. was represented by Mr. Claudiu Zgripcea, executive manager.
Presentation focus was on Ropardo S.R.L. services for consulting, implementations and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite.

On the first April 2009, Ropardo S.R.L.organizes the conference with subject "Crisis as a Chance. Strategies and Decisions". The conference will take place at the Golden Tulip Hotel Sibiu, Goga Hall, starting at 10:00 am.
The conference is dedicated to general managers and economic managers, as well to IT specialists from dynamic companies, Transylvania region.
The motto for this event is "Crisis as a Chance. Strategies and Decisions". We discuss how a performance IT infrastructure ensures business growth even in time of crisis. From March 1st 2009 Wittmann & Partner Computer Systems S.R.L. will become ROPARDO S.R.L.
Due to the synergies created in the last 2 years between Wittmann & Partner Computer Systems SRL and Ropardo AG - majority shareholder (51%)- since 1 March 2009 it was decided to start a re-branding campaign for Wittmann & Partner towards Ropardo SRL.
The re-branding process will be implemented in the first semester of 2009. This is a transition process that will be sustained by training and communications programs for employs, partners and business environment.
The range of products and services, inclusive the existing synergies from ROPARDO, sustain the positioning of our company like future regional leader for management software solutions.
The products portfolio will be completed on the ERP/Daily Business Intelligence, Operational Project Management/Portfolio Project Management, Portal and Dashboard Solutions.
