iManagement
iManagement aims at projects management, being specialized on budget management. iManagement implements PRINCE methodology for project management. The concrete advantages are:

A project manager has to plan and organize the budget and to supervise the activities developed. Keeping this purpose in mind, it is important to use a software instrument and a good practice in order to increase the transparency both in interior and in the relations with sponsors.
There are some phases of Project Management:
- defining the project: identification of resources and planning;
- execution phase (implementing): control of the distributed resources, display based on a plan;
- analysis of the developed activities, reporting the distribution of the budget (for resources and services)
