 You can access the developing projects which were distributed to the user right from the start page, according to his rights and role.  In a similar way to iDocument, the user is strictly implicated in projects with a defined role.

 In order to ensure an aggregated vision, the system contains a special project module ("All Projects") which facilitates verification of tasks from a unique point by each of the persons implied. At the same time, project managers can use the same unique access point for rapid verification of the project status and resources distribution, getting reports of the main activities.

 Plan & Monitor

• An essential part of the solution consists in planning and monitoring given tasks. In this context, according to his role, each user may realize the next operations:
• Plan the project: define work packages, important stakes, distribution of tasks reported to resources;
• Check tasks for each user (My Task);
• Introduce information for each task: personal observations, effective time;
• View resources and get reports;
• Produce personnel and global reports;
• Distribute relevant costs to different resources (human or other) based on the degree of use of the resources; the budget is automatically reported, being calculated in accordance with associated rules, if they exist;
• Define and ensure new workflows.

 Configuration

The administrator of the solution, which is not the same as the system administrator, defines users and their associated roles, the human resources (or others) and associated costs.  

 Resources allocation

The distribution of resources is the function that makes the difference between a successful project and an unpleasant experience. With iManagement, the project manager defines, allocates, supervises and views the budget spent. At the same time it can allocate a new budget. In an easy way, he can verify the schedule of the project and create documents for tasks based on the ERP system, thus realizing a relation between ERP documents (fiscal documents) and the resources allocated. 

Budget

As the project budget represents an important aspect, distribution of resources and costs are important both for the management structure and for the sponsor of the project. 

The option "All Projects" is designed to facilitate a fast verification of data by the user from a multitude of projects, from a single point. This allows aggregation of the information from all the selected projects in order to get different reports; furthermore, from here one can verify every task depending on a different person, can complete the data referring to the effective time and resources used.
