The system is implemented using Microsoft ®.NET platform and the SQL Server. The access is made possible using a simple web browser, no additional software needs to be installed.

The solution can be used even by international organizations which develop activities in several locations on the globe because it has support for international users: each user can choose his favorite language and all the interface and questionnaires will be displayed accordingly.

The solution allows permanent Project Evaluation by applying questionnaires on the entire project course, evaluation at the end of each stage and final evaluations. The results of the process can be monitored by the Project managers in the Evaluation Report. 

Evaluation serves to identifying the strong and weak points of the Project Management staff, to avoiding the weak parts and to applying the methods proven to be efficient.
